Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Built on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the east with the western in a wonderful game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the casino, not like the majority of other poker games that gamblers wager against other players. By wagering against the dealer, starting players do not have to worry about any other, more knowledgeable gamblers taking their $$$$.

One more Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game pace, novices can take their time and scheme without needing to make quick selections.

It is also easier to wager on for a very long time with basically a little bit of money seeing as, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is assigned seven cards faces showing and the croupier is given 7 cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and one two card hand have to be put together from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
